Keep every customer in the loop

The assistant writes welcome notes, order confirmations, invoices and service updates based on what each customer has done. SMS goes to customers who have a line from the Provisioning page, everyone else gets email. Send notifications registers a connectX template for each type and delivers the messages by email or SMS.
