Customers earn points for orders, on time payments and referrals, then redeem them for rewards. Tiers move from Bronze to Platinum as balances grow. Every point event is recorded in connectX as a message to the customer.

The connectX loyalty service is retired on this platform, so balances are kept by the app and each event is posted to the customer in connectX.
